Village Green Yoga and Eco-Boutique
Village Green Yoga is located in Gilman Village Suite 1, across from the Boarding House Restaurant. Our beautiful studio offers a comfortable atmosphere to stretch, balance, and strengthen your mind and body. With Anusara, Prana Flow, Kundalini and Forrest Yoga instructors, and a diverse certification background, we provide you with the tools to align your body while you have fun. We offer classes for all levels—from those that will relax and renew you to those that will get you energized and ready to take on the world. Stop by and drop in on a class, sign up for a weekend workshop, or purchase a pass and see us more often. Our intro sessions give you the opportunity to incrementally develop and expand your understanding of the practice of yoga. Classes are designed to provide substance and a deeper awareness of mind and body. Our teachers include Jean Massimo, Andrea Skelly, Nikki Chau, Melanie Foust, Sosie Sagherian, Bailee Nebeker, Miranda Owens, Tricia Pleasant, NIA teacher Irene Pasternack and Qi Gong instructor Nancy Sides. Our eco-boutique offers functional earth-friendly clothing for yoga and life. We have everything from your favorite practice pant, to beautiful bamboo dresses. We support smaller, ecologically conscious manufacturers including Blue Canoe, Shining Shakti, Bamboo Dreams (OR), Tees for Change, and Inner Waves Organics (Maui, HI). We are proud sellers of beautiful, unique, and locally-crafted sriKaya jewelry. Our selection of the finest yoga accessories includes Jade Harmony and Manduka mats and a wide array of books, DVDs, and CDs.
