Gentle/Restorative- This class will nurture you and provide a peaceful end to your weekend. There is a strong emphasis on breathwork and meditation. All levels of students are welcome to attend. Props such as blankets, bolsters, straps and blocks are provided to aid you every step of the way as you refresh your mind and body.

Level I - These gentle classes are appropriate for beginners and people who want very good foundational work.  You will learn basic poses and class structure as movement that flows with your breathing is introduced.

Level II - With faster paced movement and a wider array of poses offered, these classes will provide strength building as well as some aerobic work.

Level III - These are intermediate classes with poses and movement to challenge the more experienced student. You will sweat and stretch the boundaries of a well developed practice.

Combo Classes - In an All Levels class or any other combo class (like II-III) the teacher will offer modifications and options that should allow multiple levels to feel comfortably supported.

NIA - This class is a fusion of dance, martial arts and yoga. You don't need any prior experience to take this class - just the capacity to have a good time. Check out what NIA is all about!

Kundalini - Kundalini Yoga uses a dynamic blend of postures, movement, sound current, breath and meditation to relax and heal your mind and body, elevating your spirit and allowing it to flow freely. Balancing body and mind and brings a greater feeling of well-being and happiness - our natural birthright as humans. It is a great way to recharge and heal your body quickly. How? By stimulating the nervous and immune systems, while improving strength and flexibility, as it centers the mind and opens the spirit. From your very first class, you'll reap the rewards. Everyone can do it! If you are able to breath deeply and lean into the posture you will benefit. Come see what all the happiness is about!

Prenatal - Prenatal Yoga is a great way to ease stress and some of the common discomforts of pregnancy. Take a little time for yourself and let us help you prepare for the arrival of your new family member. **Postnatal students are welcome to attend with babies who are not yet crawling. Please note that you are responsible for the child in class and may need to step out of class if needed.
Our prenatal classes are currently on hold. Email us if you need help finding an appropriate class.

Meditation - This class is intended to help the student develop a meditation practice and a greater sense of stillness. No prior experience is required - only an open mind and a desire for peace. This class has a suggested donation of $10 and all proceeds will go to a good cause.

Qigong - Comes to us from China where it has been practiced for thousands of years. It is slow and gentle movement that is relaxing and energizing at the same time. It nurtures us as it unblocks and circulates the energy within our bodies. Qigong blends together movement, breath work, visualization, sound and meditation to bring forth healing on many levels…physically, emotionally and spiritually.
