Level I - Level1 classes are a great place to begin a yoga practice or work back into class after an injury. No experience is required and all students are welcome.
Level I-II - These classes are appropriate for beginners and intermediate students who want to practice basic postures with great alignment as well as playing with the beginnings of more intermediate posture. We will also work on basic breath work and meditation.
Level II-III - Classes for students with an ongoing and consistent practice of at least 6 months and a desire to play with advanced postures. If you are unsure if this class is appropriate for you please call or email us to ask.
All Levels (AL) - All students are welcome in these fun and challenging classes. Come to class with an open mind and an open heart to explore the full potential of your yoga practice. Wonderful classes in which to grow your practice.
Alignment - When yoga poses are practiced in proper alignment the ability to appreciate them can be greatly increased. Learn how to fully enjoy your practice and deepen your understanding of the art of yoga. This is a wonderful class for beginners.
Yoga for Stress Reduction - This is a Level 1 class appropriate for beginners and students that want to steady and comfort their life and practice. You will move your body and provide space for relaxation. These classes are taught by Andrea.
Kundalini - These classes are dynamic and powerfully helpful. See our Kundalini page for a full description and upcoming events. If you have never tried Kundalini yoga before, the best way to learn more about it is to come to class.
Flow - Movement creates freedom in the body, heart and mind. Come to this challenging but welcoming class to move, enjoy and expand your power.

Join associate teacher Diana Solomon R.N. for this fabulous class for new parents. Diana has mentored under Ann Keppler who teaches the popular Seattle First Weeks class for years and is very excited to offer this wonderful class.
It provides opportunities to discuss breastfeeding, sleeping patterns, and other issues. At this class you will get a chance to share your joys and concerns with other parents of young babies. For more information visit our New P's page
