Yoga for Newbies
Our Anusara influenced Newbies Series alternate between Monday and Wednesday nights and we have a new one starting the first week of every month. Our next two series are:

8 Wednesdays at 7pm beginning February 1st
only $108 for all 8 classes. Preregistration required. Register early.

8 Mondays at 7pm beginning March 12th

Intro to Viniyoga

Our Intro to Viniyoga is a month long exploration of the Viniyoga tradition for new students and students new to this style of yoga. It runs every month with a Holiday break in December. Our next two series are: 

4 Saturdays at 10:30 beginning February 4th
only $54 for all 4 classes. Preregistration required.

Yoga for Stress Reduction
Join Andrea as she shares various stress reduction techniques  including Yoga Nidra, specific poses and calming breathing practices among others! Stress Reduction classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7pm. No previous experience is required.
