We teach yoga primarily from the Anusara and Forrest Yoga traditions.  We also offer Kundalini and Flow yoga classes  as well Nia and other movement arts. Check out our many styles below:


 Anusara Yoga

Jean, Susan and Andrea are influenced by the Anusara tradition.

Anusara Inspired classes are taught by Jean
on Monday and Thursday night at 6:30pm
and Monday,Wednesday and Friday from 12-1

Andrea teaches classes that are in the Anusara style on
Friday at 6pm
and Sunday at 4:30 and 6pm

 Forrest Yoga
 Tricia and Tara are our Forrest Yoga Instructors.

Forrest Yoga classes are on
Mondays and Wednesday at 10am

and Wednesday at 4:30pm
as well as Sunday at 9am

 Kundalini Yoga

Sosie teaches Kundalini Yoga
on Thursday mornings at 9am

 Flow Yoga

 Melanie is trained to teach Flow classes
in they style of Shiva Rea.
She teaches on Tuesdays at 10am,
Wednesday at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 10:30am

 Nia

Barbara and Irene share the Nia classes
on Tuesday at 9am and 4:30pm,
Thursday at 4:30pm and
Saturday at 9am
