discomforts of pregnancy. Your body is unique every day of your pregnancy and we want you to come as you are. There is great joy and ease available through the practice of prenatal yoga. Take a little time for yourself and let us

You can pay the drop in rate to come to just one class or join our small but mighty group by buying a class pass.
Prenatal classes are open to pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy with any or no amount of yoga experience.
